It's a harbor freight what else can I say. You want reasonable prices for basic tools and everything else they might have it. Your not coming here for specialty tools but everything else works for the average person. Be careful the deals might make you spend more than you want to.

I just have to leave a review for Eric, the supervisor at Harbor Freight. I was searching for an associate to help with a tough question when I spotted him down another aisle heading the opposite way. Before I could even turn around to track him down, he had already left his cart and was on his way to assist me. What?! That level of service is rare—especially compared to other stores where employees often seem too busy to help. Not Eric. He just gave Harbor Freight a whole new level of customer service. Now I can save money and get the help I need. That’s what’s up.

I had an outstanding experience at Harbor Freight, all thanks to Erick and the store management team. From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond with top-tier customer service. I needed help replacing two ICON sockets under the lifetime warranty, and Erick made the entire process smooth, fast, and completely stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. No hassle, no runaround—just excellent service done right. It’s rare these days to find managers who truly stand behind the products and the customer, but Erick and his team absolutely do. This is exactly why I’ll continue shopping at Harbor Freight and recommending this location to others. Huge thanks to Erick and the managers for setting the bar high!

I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about going into Harbor Freight. I had always heard that it was sort of second rate and the customer service was not that good. I have to say that I am very pleasantly surprised. There were several employees there on a Saturday during what I would consider off-peak hours. I was asked if I needed help at least twice. The selection there was larger than I would have thought and the store was very bright and very clean and very well organized. If it wasn't so far away, I would probably go more often; however, I will definitely think of this store first when I need something inexpensive and quick.
